These days I'm at Togetherwork, helping standardize how reliability and observability work across a pretty big SaaS portfolio. The day-to-day is some mix of: cutting incident noise, modernizing older platforms, standardizing observability across a fragmented tenant landscape, and plugging AI into workflows where it actually moves the needle.

I studied IT Management at Bloomsburg, live in Tampa, and spend my off-hours on football, chess, running, travel, food, history, cats, and video games — roughly in that order, depending on the week.

Platform owner for an international core banking SaaS on Azure — basically, if it broke, it was my problem.
Picked for the EZRA executive coaching program for high-potential leaders.
Ran reliability for a core banking SaaS that grew from 0 → 5M+ accounts in five years.
Rolled out AI in ways that stuck: a custom incident-response GPT, a Claude-based change review flow, and MCP enablement for the team.
Led 5 data migrations and 3 app migrations (VMs → containers) — zero production data loss, all on schedule.
Shipped workflows that killed 1,000+ hours of manual work and cut client credits by 77%.
Dropped SLA-impacting incidents by 53% — better observability, real SLOs, and less cowboy system design.
